Frank's Story

Life After the great Kelly HS experience I took on the U of I at Champaign- Urbana. At first I thought it would be neat to become a teacher but then ended up in the College of Comerce receiving a BS Finance in Jan 71. While many friends were drafted I was fortunate to get a high lottery number -at the same time did not get the experience of serving our country. Out of college I worked for Dunn& Bradstreet, then Talman -now LaSalle bank, then got married ,then worked for Martin-Brower Corp ( now out of business) then Panduit Corp and then Candle Corp of America/ Blyth Inc where I am today. intain supplier relationships for key raw materials ( mostly chemical) and services. My wife Karen and I together raised a son and a daughter and were blessed with 32 years as a married couple. Karen went to be with the Lord , Sept 27,2003. If we can't hold to the promises that Jesus made to us as believers we are truly a lost and miserable bunch! I believe and if you do not I pray that you will seek him out for a peace that surpasses all understanding. I stay active, work out as much as possible and try and be a good Grandpa. I can still make my free throws but don't possess any speed to get up and down the court.
