Hi All - It is hard to believe that all this time has passed. I have lived in Radford Virginia, Haskell NJ, and am now back at the old house in Butler. I left BHS to go to Va. Tech, but graduated from Nyack College many years later with a degree in Organizational Management. I worked for GE in Salem Virginia, designing 'stuff' with military applications. I left GE looking for a job that was not so dependent on the whims of politicians and government contracts; ending up with the 'phone company. Well, that company sure changed. I worked briefly for C&P Telephone Company of Virginia, transferred to NJ, and left Verizon about five years ago. I now work as a Paramedic for Hackensack Medical Center. I was a member of the Wanaque First Aid Squad for 25 years, and served in many administrative and operational positions including Captain. I used to joke that I held every office in that organization except those of Treasurer and Secretary. I am the father of two lovely daughters, Leanne and Laryssa. Unfortunately Laryssa, the youngest, will always be 22. She died in an auto accident in her senior year of college. I was divorced three years later. Things happen. After the divorce I moved in with mom as she was in a wheelchair most of the time with arthritis and a failed hip replacement and needed assistance. (She taught me to cook.) After mom's death 3 years ago, I upgraded the house a bit and am still living at the same old place. (The only advantage of not having siblings is that I inherited the house.)
