Linda's Story
Life
As most of you know I left Greenwood my Senior year and never saw any of you again. From that time until now I guess you could say I was and still very busy women. Only now I have a few things to show for it.
Back in 1991 I got my GED because going back to school was just not an option anywhere I went. I got preganant with my first child and she was born in June of 1991. I did get married before I gave birth. I had a precious little girl and I named her Chelsi. During the first two years of her life was pretty interesting for a new mother with a new child and being only 20 year old. Goodness it was time to grow up already and didn't want to. In 1993 I had my second child with the same man and we named him Chase. He was very beautiful too. A couple of years later I divorced my husband, some of you may know him Jason Mauldin, and moved and stayed in Houston, TX. My time in Houston after that was good for me I began to rebuild my self esteem and character and be myself. Oh Yeah, I did go to a trade business school for a year 1/2 when Chelsi and Chase were little and graduated from that so I am very proud of myself there. Of course it was without the support of my husband at the time since we were separated. I starting working for companies that needed administrative assistants and worked my way up making $24K when i was...Expand for more
25 or 26 yrs old. I know it wasn't much but at the time it was good for me. I met another man in 1995 and in 1996 we got married. For the next 4 years I moved to Kansas City and lived there with my new husband and my two children. To make a long story very short we divorced in 2000 for means of well I will keep that all to myself. No need for the gory details. Anyway, I moved home to Houston and stayed with my mother and aunt and my dad for a little while then i moved out for six months until I ended up preganant again with twin boys. Now the father of the twins at the time I thought he was going to be different than the other two and he was cause he was even worse as far a criminal activity goes. Very disturbing man. So needless to say I am again single and very proud parent of 4 wonderful children that I do adore and spoil most of the time. The twins are 4 and will be 5 this November '06. I am really pround of myself that i have been blessed with all the great things in life and get to share then with my family and friends.
Presently I work for a company called Intercontinental Fragrances collecting past due accounts and I have been there for almost 6 years this August '06.
I have finally found a place where I can call home besides my real home in Tomball, TX. Northwest of Houston.
Well that about sums it up.
