Franklin's Story

I married Paula Adams in May of 1980. We have two terrific children. Jennifer who lives in Amarillo and works as a nurse at Northwest Texas Hospital. Christopher is our youngest and he also lives in Amarillo and works as a mechanic for Amarillo Truck Center. I am currently the Manager for the Arch Hurley Conservancy District. ts include being a Quay County Commissioner, Chairman for the Tucumcari Economic Development Corporation, as well as being appointed by the Governor as a Commissioner on the State of New Mexico Economic Development Board. My hobbies have always been and still are agriculture/farming/ranching and politics both locally and at the State level.
