Fred's Story
Right out of high school I went into the U.S. Navy got married to my wife Rose Marie. When I was discharged I went to San Jose City and San Jose State where I received my BA and MA. Taught at Lincoln High for 2 years and then went to teach at Chico State for a year and then on to get my doctorate at WSU in Washington. I taught at WSU for a couple of years and then over to Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo where I taught in the College of Engineering. and three children - two boys and girl) traveled throughout Africa, the middle east and Europe. Taught at Haile Sellassie University in Ethiopia. I returned to Cal Poly where I became and Administrator and retired in 2002. In between we started a couple of companies in management consulting and media development, invested in real estate, built our dream house on five acres, taught Industrial Management at the University of Monterey, Cuerna Vaca, Mexico and I became a pastor and feel particularly blessed that I can preach every Sunday to some wonderful people...
