Fred's Story
Fred's schools include La Habra High School. He later attended: UC Santa Barbara; Washington State University; University of Idaho; University of Florida; and James Madison University where he was awarded a Master of Science degree. Loves learning, hates school! However, met his wife of 35 years while both were students at Washington Stated University.

About 10 years ago I liquidated most of my equipment and returned to school full time with an emphasis on coastal recreation management and marine protected areas (MPA). I interned with STINAPA/Bonaire National Marine Park for 4 months, living in the north end of the island in a national park. Gates closed at 5:00 pm and we had the entire area to ourselves. My research was centered around the various private recreation providers and their attitudes towards the STINAPA organization.
My travels include every state in the U.S., most Canadian provinces and several Caribbean diving destinations.
