wow...here I am....wondering what everyone else is up to...gone are the cars of old...remember the blue corvette, the black olds 442, the gun metal gray 57 chev or how about the green one.
.........LIFE HAS BEEN GOOD AND BAD BUT MOSTLY GOOD....MARRIED TWICE(ENGAGED A FEW MORE TIMES THAN THAT)MY OLDEST FELICIA FROM JOANNE KINNARD(CLASS OF 68,FRANKLIN)MY TWO YOUNGEST(PATRICK AND MAREA) FROM CHRISTINE MURPHY(CLASS OF 73, INGRAHAM HIGH)...SADLY TO SAY DIVORCED FOR 21 YEARS, BEEN SINGLE EVER SINCE.
HAD JOBS AS FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHER, BOUNCER(lil ole me a bouncer, how'd that happen)BARTENDER, WAITER,ETC....BUT FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS OR SO...MY CAREER HAS BE IN FOOD/HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY AS AN EXECUTIVE CHEF OF RESTAURANTS, HOTELS AND COUNTRY CLUBS...........
I'VE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO TRAVEL....COOK FOR CELEBRITIES...MEET NEW FRIENDS.....

FACT, I AM CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE HOUSE I WAS PRETTY MUCH BORN AND RAISED IN, ON MORGAN ST.....(parents are now pasted on and was left to care for the house, which indeed needs lots of work)

From flipping burgs at Dag's to Executive Chef of corporate hotels and restaurants..(The Edgewater Inn Hotel(seattle)The Portofino Hotel(redondo beach, California, The Aldolphus Hotel(dallas, Texas) THe Schwartz Bros. Restaurants, (The Butcher Restaurants, Henry's Off Broadway, Daniel's Broilers, Benjamins)HoliDAY Inns West Coast....Brassiere Pittsbourg, Le Pavillion, etc...It's been a long hard road but it was well worth it...Apprentice under Executive Chef's from Austria, France, Switzerland, United States...I must say I had been taught by some of the best. From Rotissiere, Pastry, Garde Manger, Ice Sculptures, Buffet Decorating. Currently opening a white table cloth restaurant in Centralia.....Superb...anyway, I will update more later....
