Frederick's Story
In February 1977, I enlisted in the Army's delayed entry program for Active Duty after graduation in May of that same year. I served 10 years in a Combat Arms MOS.
I departed the Army and went to Florida where my father lived. I worked beside him who was ill, and eventually ran the business as my own doing Carpentry, And Construction.
In 2002/2003 I served as an Independant Contractor for the US State Department in Doha, Qatar. I provided personal protection services for military and government personnel who was preparing for the invasion of Iraq and the liberation of Kuwait.
In July 2003 I served again as an Independant Contractor providing protection services on the KPD (Karzai Protction Detail), the KPD was the american protection detail for the President of Afghanistan Harmid Karsi. President Karsi was at this time the 3rd most wanted to assassinate person in the world. United kingdom Prime Minister Tony Blair was 2nd and US President George W. Bush was the No.1. the Middle East Region and in SouthEast Asia until 2013 and after being injured 4 times while serving down range,
Upon my return back stateside after my last injury, I went to the Department of Veterans law Enforcement Training Center (LETC) located in Little Rock Arkasnsas. There I received training as a Police Officer. Throughout my time as a Police Officer I have received multiple awards as well as many Certifications. I have received promotions to Sergeant, Training Sergeant, Lieutenant Training Coordinator and recently was promoted to Captain. I have become a Certified Training Instructor in areas or Firearms Training, Active Threat Response, Defensive Tactics & Ground Defense .
In September of 2020 I was hospitalized for Covid-19, I spent spent 3 weeks in the hospital. Then in October 2020, I was tested positive with Covid Phemonia, 10 hours in the Emergency Room to be stablized, 29 days in ICU, for a total of 7 weeks being hospitalized a second time.
In March 2021 after 31 1/2 years of Federal and Public Service I have retired as a Police Captain.
