Fredric Collins:  

College Attended Yankto College in Yankton SD for one year prior to entering the Air Force. Qualified for a commissioning program and finished my Bachelor's degree at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. Entered a Master's program with South Illinois University in Scott AFB Ill, and transferred to a System's Management program with University of Southern California in Tachikawa, Japan. Was selected for and completed the Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell AFB, Alabama, Was selected for and attend the Syracuse Maxwell School and John Hopkins SAIS National Security Studies Program and completed in 1998 at Syracuse University. Post high school education was not a "recreational" activity. Workplace Enlisted in the AF in 1957 and worked as an airborne communications intelligence operative, Military Training Instructor (MTI) and radio/television announcer; commissioned in 1968 and worked in the personnel/human resources field until retirement in 1991.
