Gail's Story

Life Born Gail Patricia Copus, I married, for the second time, in 2003. My name is Gail P. Spann and Jim is a wonderful husband. You can find me on face book under Gail Copus Spann, please come look me up! We have four children between us, and seven grandchildren. Living near Dallas, Texas we have found ourselves very involved in the bicycling community. I served as chair of the Texas Bicycle Coalition and a board member of the League of American Bicyclists, was just re-elected again for a three year term, and we are avid cyclists. We both collect fine minerals and have many wonderful pieces of "Natures art". I am an advisory board member of the Dallas Museum of Nature and Science and the coordinator for the Mineralogical Association of Dallas, MAD. I adopt animals that have been abused, such as pot belly pigs, pygmy goats, parrots and the usual ...Expand for more

After cancer took the wind out of his sails, he went on to blow the wind out of cancer's sails.
