Gail's Story
Workplace
I have been a hairstylist since High School. I have owned my own salon since 1976 and also work with cancer patients. I have reached the pinnocle of my carrer by becoming a plateform artist with the Sunbeam/Oster Corporation 6 years ago. I have now traveled throughout 16 states, educating other stylists & barbers how to cut hair. The class sizes range anywhere from 12- 300 people which is really exciting and overwhelming all at the same time, along with the places I have seen and the people I have met ... just incrediable!

s new challenges in this industry, which is ever changing and I could not have chosen a better carreer ! This year of 2006, I celebrate 30 years in business...what a spectacular adventure it has been !!
I have two great sons, my youngest graduating this year of 2006. Hard to believe the time has gone by so quickly. I was fortunate to have had a job that allowed me to stay home and raise them, yet keep up with my career. My oldest is an electricain and the youngest is in machine technology. I could not be more proud of them and the young men they are.
