Gail's Story
Life
I have lived a very simple life compared to my classmates. I was married at 20 to my present husband, Hank Silverman. We have been married for 41 years. We have 3 children,2 girls and a boy.
I started teaching private piano in 1968, and still teach today. I have about 50 students a week and am trying to cut down, so now I only take on siblings. Our oldest daughter, Helene, teaches piano, flute and violin. Our middle child, Melissa, is married and lives in New Jersey with our 3 grandsons-ages 8,5,and 6 months. She became an English teacher. g and a variety of other things, like documentary music,re-mixing, and of course, has a band.
He will be getting married in October to his fiance, Raiana, and they have been together for 6 years.
My husband retired a few years ago and is presently also teaching piano.We have also started a marketing business based on the internet,where we are helping young families find a way out of this recession by finding alternate means of making money. We are enjoying this very much.
We bought my parents home and still live there. As you can see, nothing too exotic, but this has been enough of an adventure for me.
