Gary's Story

Life Hi all, well I went to LBCC for two years, then went to work at North American Aviation. Stayed there working on the Apollo Space program. (Failure analyze and Quality Control) Spent One year working on the Tiger Team (investigating the fire that killed the three astronauts).Raced Sprint cars from 1960 to 1967 with Larry Finley. Moved to N. Ca. in 11-70 bought a small country home on a couple of acres and small creek. Threw my watch and calendar away. Bought some Chicken...Expand for more
s, Hogs, Rabbits, Small tractor and a Horse. Joined the local Fire Dept. Eventually became Fire Chief. Still married to my wife of 50 years Sue Williams (Jordan 62).Raised three wonderful childrenow. I was injured on the Fire Dept. At A emergency scene in 1984 which left me totally disabled. I never regret moving to the country.Hobbies, Restoring old MOPARS, collecting old pocket watches and pocket knifes. I'm also researching my family Genealogy. Love to hear from you. Gary
