Gary's Story

I went to Tam back in the mid 80's and it was a blast! I made good friends, fell in love with my high school sweetheart...and subsequently blew it with her!! You live and you learn I guess! After High School I joined the Navy. Left the Navy and I moved to Oklahoma of all places and I have been here ever since. I have played in a band for several years that opened for GODSMACK, STAIND, SLIPKNOT, DISTURBED...over 125 national acts! We had a death in the band and it brought our ride to a close unfortunately. Good memories though...lots of great times and great friends were had and made. Now I am 41...damn am I 41? Made it this far and I am doing great. I wonder about alot of my old buddies from back in the day and I hope life has treated them good. I went out ...Expand for more
to San Fran just a few months ago and rented a car and drove out to the High School, walked around with my wife and showed her all the spots that meant something to me back then and even now. Went to Stinson,walked on the beach.I miss the area alot! Soooo friggin beautiful there. oklahoma just doesn't compare visually to the Northwest! Now I am trying to start a new career in Radio. I had one daughter when I was 28. She will be 13 this year. She is beautiful and smart. I married a woman with 5 kids so I guess I just want to be a Dad!!!Either that or I am certifiable!
