Life
Navy from 1963-67 Join the Navy with buddy Dale Fort, I don't think we saw each other again in 4 years. Married Dr.Joanne Williams 1968. Two kids, Shawn UCSD class of 97. Shelby UC Davis class of 2000. We own El Gato Veterinary Hospital in Los Gatos,Ca. 408-356-2181.
Building a small ranch in Auburn,Ca. will retire 2002.
Did not retire in 2002!! The ranch is completed and we do spend 5 days a week at it in Auburn, Ca. but we must get back to the hospital in Los Gatos the other days. The ranch went green with solar Dec. 2007. Love it as PG&E went from 6-8 hundred dollars a month to $11!!
We never thought we would be grandparents but Shelby had a boy named Asa in 2005 and has had another boy Jan. 2008 named Ari, pronouned R E.
Shawn is still not married but Joanne and I hope Marcela is the one. We love her and of all the girls friends Shawn has had she is tops. Shawn is a very free person and has traveled around the world with his snowboard. Shawn is director at Squaw Creek resort at Lake Tahoe. eet from his office. Shawn will leave for The Kashmir to snowboard Jan. 30th 2008 that is if Pakistain and India are not at war. Shawn made it back from the Kashmir but was very sick for at least a month after the trip, will not be going back.
Joanne and I will have been married 41 years on March 18th 2008, not bad as we only new each other for 3 months before we were married.
Joanne and I are in the best of health and we still love to travel.
UPDATE 02/25/12
Shelby now has 3 boys Asa, Ari and Axl, the triple A's!! Shawn did marry Marcela and they had two boy's in less that a year! Jonas and Edward. Shawn is not doing the crazy things to much anymore but can not wait until
his boy's are older, Jonas already has been on ski's. Joanne and I still own the hospital but have really cut back almost into retirement. We do a lot of travel and now have been to 56 countries with 4 new ones coming up in Oct. 2012. Both Joanne and I are in good health and with the 5 grandson from ages 6 to 6 months we feel we have been very lucky in life as we now have been married 45 years.
