I travel around the world teaching ethical based leadership. Also, I teach in the Role of the Police Chiefs
course and taught at the graduate and undergraduate level.
Several articles I've written have been published in professional journals.
Received the Joe Molloy Award in 2003 from the California Police Chiefs Association for contributions to the field.
Currently I am an Executive Recruiter in the public sector with Avery Assocates.

ic (4 albums featuring AWA's Entertainer of the Year RW Hampton...one of which was named the album of the year by the Academy of Western Music in 1997) and am the Festival Director/Founder of the Monterey Cowboy Poetry & Music Festival. In addition, I was a radio host of cowboy music/poetry for 5 years.
I live in Visalia, California with my wife and two horses.
I collect old cowboy movie posters, autographs and memorbilia on Tom Mix, cowboy hero of yesterday. During my off time I'm on horseback, hanging out at my youngest son's coffee shop - Mavericks or watching my first grandchild - Dakota.....the second horse is for him....after all he is 9 months old.
