Gary's Story

After school I worked in a sheet metal shop, and kind'a tinkered around dump trucks. In '74 I got into semi trucks, pretty much been there ever since. Independent, Post office, Roadway, Kroger since late '79. Played bass guitar in a country band from '74 to early '80. My Wife Debbie, and I were married in April, '75. We have now been married 36 yrs. We have 3 sons, and 3 grandsons. I've had some health issues, Crohn's Disease since '83, and a blood ...Expand for more
disorder since '03. I often find myself at my vacation resort " Home Depot" always something to do. Getting out on my Harley, or just playing my guitar is what I'd prefer. Retirement is somewhere between 2012, and 2014. Hope to be finished with Home Depot then. We like to travel some, a criuse, or fly somewhere we haven't been yet. My family is from Whitwell, Tenn. Would like to go back when I retire, we both love it there. Guess we'll wait and see.
