I just returned from Vietnam and did not feel welcomed home at all. Four students killed eleven wounded at Kent state triggered demonstrations and rioting at SIU in Carbondale. National Guard and state Patrol was brought in and I had not seen that much blood since Vietnam. I completed one year and left for Georgia with my girl friend and wife to be.
