Gary's Story
We've all had our journeys. Mine has brought me up here to 7500 feet, living the good life in Idaho Springs, an historic gold mining town about 30 miles west of Denver, Colorado.
I've recently retired from a wonderful career of practicing residential architecture and feel fortunate that I've been able to do something I truly love for all that time.

Otherwise I keep myself pretty busy with such things as my weekly show on our little community radio station, playing out with my music partner and (mostly) perpetually renovating my 120 year old house. I did trade out ice skating for skiing a while ago, but because of the ever increasing expense and crowds, have gone back the other way. I sure do miss all the free "ice" we had back in the Twin Cities.
