I remember fondly our friendships, what we learned and shared. I wish I had made more effort to get to know more of you, and to have known you authentically. I've been in Colorado since 1983, after having been in Oregon for about a decade prior to that. I discovered Hawaii is spiritually home in many ways, though the intermountain West is physically home. Somehow I wound up being a journalist, then a market researcher and analyst covering technology such as the internet, data networks, mostly in regard to business challenges.. I still do lots of volunteer work around connectivity, and continue to publish something almost daily in that regard. Somehow surfing, skiing and recreational running have gotten too arduous, so now I prefer nurturing plants. Living in a place with four seasons, the greenhouse makes all the difference.
