Gary's Story
Wow, a long time since high school. Seems like that was a different world!
I left Herlong to go to college in Southern California. I luckily finished my Bachelors and Masters degrees.
I went on to LAPD as such a young guy and got an immediate introduction into real life. I retired recently as a Lieutenant in charge of the gang units in LA.
Stephanie was a doctor in Indiana when we met and she now practices here in Southern Cal. We both had a prior marriage, I have a son and daughter and Steph has a son. Our three kids are healthy and well, and we are very pro...Expand for more

We are both very active in community and humanitarian causes, and we are both outdoorsmen and adventurers. We love fishing and travel widely to be on the water.
One of these days, we would both love to look up our old classmates. I miss so many of them...Roger Leigh, Brent Clinger, Harvey Adams (who I always thought was larger than life). I wonder how Steve Arnold is, as I always thought he would be very successful in life. Wish I could do it all over....yep, I'd do it differently.
