We moved to Pleasant Prairie WI. in 1986. I worked for Abbott/Hospira for 41 years retiring in 2015. After retiring I I consulted on Pharmaceutical quality processes for a Japanese company based in Japan, until February 2018. I have worked for Stein's Garden and Home in Kenosha since 2016 as a specialist related to lawn and garden questions with specialization in landscape design. I spent 15 years in the late 90's as a Master Gardener associated with UW Extension, serving as president of the association in Kenosha County.. my 66 GTO or my 1932 Chevy Confederate. Some of our favorite places are Eagle River, Las Vegas and NE Missouri. I enjoy bowling, baseball, Yes I am still a St. Louis Cardinal fan.
In Spring 2019 we started volunteering at the Racine Zoo doing landscape clean up and restoration of the existing flower beds.
October 14 2019 I had a minor stroke which slowed me down a bit. Have recovered all most fully. Early March 2020 we adopted a 6 month old Black and Tan Coonhound who we are now in 2nd level of training as a Therapy dog. December of 2020 we purchased a family summer home in Oshkosh WI on Lake Winnebago. Always said I wouldn't buy a boat, but we have 2 up there 1 for speed and one for partying. Great to walk out and drop a line into fish and watch our grandson (5 yo) get excited when he hooks a fish. So far he out fish's grandpa every time.
