Military
Forced by an impending Draft Notice, I joined the Army Reserves, serving six months active duty. Became Communications Chief with a Secret classification. Served another five and a half years in the active Reserves.

wanted to be a writer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were right.
I relax by writing and designing buildings, plus gardening and walking.
I spent forty years as an architect, then turned to political commentary writing.
