Gary's Story
Life:
26 years a resident of Brooksville Florida. Working as a real estate broker since 1986. Sold COLDWELL BANKER SCHRAUT & Associates and became a partner ina Century 21 Alliance Realty, a full service real estate brokerage marketing residential, commercial and industrial properties.
Been very active in the Community volunteering in civic organizations, Past Chairman of the Brooksville Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and serving on the board since 1990. Appointed to the Hernando County Aviation Authority in 1991, Serving Chairman of the Board Three times. 1999 President of the Hernando County Board of Realtors. Very active in local politics, it's almost a fulltime job. Owned a small BBQ rest. that I operated with a good freind, Florida Boys BBQ. We got out of the BBQ business about 4 years ago. & Magic. we inherited a little Shitzu named "Chopper" along with his "Harley". Life is spent working and travleing and working. Health is good! Life is good! We have a 2nd home in the Georgia mountains and it is where we try to spend any and all the free time we have when not at work. You can visist my cabin by searching Mooserecloose on Google, this has become like another job for me but we really enjoy it. Most time in the mountains is spent riding the 4 wheelers thru the woods and enjoying the views! Looking for semi retirement soon, purchased a class "A" motor home so I am looking to do more traveling out west during the summers to escape Florida months of July & August. Posted some photos of some prior years trip out west.
