Gary's Story

Life After graduation I spent 2 years at Kendal School of Design in Grand Rapids. Enlisted in the U.S. Navy and married Lynne Halle (class of 1966) while home on leave in 1968. After finishing my stint in the Navy went back to school for 2 more years. Employed with the East Lansing Fire Department for 27 years - retired...Expand for more
as Fire Marshal for the City in 1998. Lynne and I have raised 3 boys, who have now all graduated college and are married. We live in Wacousta (N.of Grand Ledge) in a home we built 29 years ago. Lynne works as a secretary in the Grand Ledge School system and will be retiring soon. We have 3 grand children. Life is Good!
