Gary's Story

Life Worked at IBM during my 12th year at High School as a Computer Operator. Started fulltime at IBM the day after graduating from High School and retired in June of 1999 after 30 years of service as a Sr. Associate Systems Analyst. During my career at IBM I held various positions, got to travel, and met a lot of great people. I also been active in NC Real Estate since 1985 as a second career and been working off and on since then. I am currently married to my wife, Lee and still live in the Wake County area. ghter Cheryl and my grandson Scott live a few miles from me. My parents John and Millie Young live in Cary, NC. My Dad is a WWII vet and has 2 Purple Hearts. Dad also retired from IBM. I have a Sheltie named Tucker , Also a Papillon named Cody. I went to 50th year class reunion on Oct. 26, 2019 and enjoyed seeing many of my classmates. Glenn Edwards and his band entertained us.
