Gary Elliott:  

I left Rockford after graduation to attend John Brown Univ. in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, ("Queen of the Ozarks.") After graduation I went directly to college Station, Texas to attend grad. school at Texas A&M where I received my MS and was a candidate for a PhD before leaving in 1979. I took off one year of grad school to teach and coach in a small town in central Texas. In '79 I attended our 10th reunion then returned to Royse City where I continued a 29 yr. career teaching primarily in the middle school, English, Health, Phys Educ, and other classes as the need arose. I retired in June of 2007. My wife still teaches at the same middle school. I have 2 children born:('83 and '85), and my wife has three ('89, '91, '93). I have one grandson ('05).
