Life
Went to Alabama in Fall 1960; graduated with B.A.in English and Mathematics, Huntingdon College,1964; taught English and math at Alabama Christian Academy and Alabama Christian College, 1963-65;graduate work at Auburn University and University of Alabama; moved to California 1967; M.A. in English, Pepperdine University, 1969; Ph.D. in English, Univ. of Southern Calif.; taught at Pepperdine University for 38 years. Active in Russian Orthodox Church; member of various professional organizations; retired December 2004. Lived in Nashville, Tennesse from December 2004 to September 2008. Currently residing in Los Angeles, living with one of my Godchildren, of which I have 10.
