Gary's Story
In less than a year the class of '69 will be 40 years old. So, I thought I'd write something.
After graduating from University of Iowa, Sue and I moved to CA. We enjoyed the area, hiking, motorcycling and raising children in a little mountain town not too far from LA called Wrightwood.
We moved to Tucson in 1992, following my job. That was quite a change, but we've grown to like it here, except for the summers. Though ...Expand for more
I'll take them over Chicago winters.
I still enjoy motorcycling and being in the West and, yes, chasing grandchildren around. It's also fun to go to some of the concerts where bands from our era are playing. Interesting cross section of attendees! Still smell that funny smell at these shows.
