Natalie's Story
Life
After high school, I attended MacMurray College for three years, transferred to DePaul University, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 1998. I continued on to graduate school at DePaul and earned a master's degree in Literary Writing in 2001. I taught English and Biology for one year at a private high school before I returned to academia. sh at Northern Illinois University. By the end of the summer 2006, I hope to have finished my degree in Linguistics and Medieval Literature. I am currently an English instructor at Kishwaukee College and a graduate research assistant at The Writings of Henry D. Thoreau at Northern Illinois University.
My son, Liam, who is 4-1/2, and my husband, Ed, and I hope to move back to Chicago once I am done with my coursework at NIU.
