Gayla's Story
Hi All!
Where to start? I have two children, Rachel (23) and Jake (21). They are the loves of my life. I went to ISU in 2000 and graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science. I majored in psychology and minored in sociology. I have traveled to Ireland, Korea, Canada and have been in living in China since March 2007. I teach 2nd grade here with an American curriculum;math, science, language arts, health and art. When I come back to America in June 2010, I plan on getting my teaching certification for special education in West Virginia.

the woods, in the mountains, in a log home near the water. I play guitar, write my own songs(several of which I have recorded),sing, ride dirt bikes and enjoy cooking out (and in). I currently study quantum physics and meta-physics and meditate often. I love babies and old people and I also love to crochet in the winter time. Autumn is my favorite season.
My heroes are anyone who can show love to the world in an unselfish way. Some great examples would be, Mother Teresa, Gandhi, Buddha, Jesus...oh, and my golden retriever,'Nutter Butter'.
