Life
I've lived in NC for about 30 years about 50 miles from the Outer Banks.(about 25 as the crow flys) I have my house in the country and my three children-a son and 2 daughters. They are now all grown up. 28,24,and 23yrs old. We've managed to get them all college educated with the middle child graduating in May with her RN..(took her a while to "find" herself.)I worked at the hospital as a lab tech for about nine years then child #3 came along and I was a stay at home ...Expand for more
mom for 6 years. I have been working with K-2 as a teacher assistant for the last 18years and really love it. Norfolk Ford Truck Assembly Plant made life interesting when they retired my husband about 2years ago. He was one of the lucky ones that had 30years and was lucky enough to get his retirement. Now we just hope they don't take it away. Still fighting for that. Mom and Daddy are still in Danville. Go back and visit as we can. Dianne is still there with all her crew.
