Gayle's Story
In 1972 my father retired from the USAF and moved us to sunny Florida! I graduated from Lyman High School which was way different from any school I had ever attended. I got married in 1976 only to get a divorce in 1978 as I found out he was still married to his first two wives. I was a single mom until I met my second husband, Donald,who passed away from colon cancer after 7 years of marriage. type of marriage just wish I had met him years ago. We finally were able to retire and move back to the Smoky Mountains. He was born in England, but raised in Bluefield, VA and I was born in Asheville, NC, so we decided on a little town named Greeneville, TN, which was between both places. Only after being here 5 years Terry lost his fight with prostate cancer in 2005. I have one daughter, one grandson, and one on the way due in September. I now live with my two cats.
