Gayle's Story

After high school I attended Ohio University with a major in philosophy and a minor in 3.2 beer. I spent my 20's in New Jersey. The first few years there I worked in a variety of sales positions -- an art gallery, jewelry sales on the road, and as a pharmaceutical rep - based in Princeton. Then I moved to the Shore and worked as a waitress and spent time traveling with the E St. Band. Pushing 30, I came back to Columbus and started my family. As the kids got older I returned to the business world. I've spent 20 years in marketing and business development in ...Expand for more
the design and architecture industry. I'm currently working, serving as a Trustee for a large estate, admiring the successes of my children, writing a book and looking forward to the next adventure. That's 39 years in a nutshell. I think of many of the Walnut Ridge kids fondly and I'm thankful to have stayed in touch with many of my old friends. Some dear ones have passed too soon and some are doing extremely well. Life is always a fascinating trip and I celebrate each day.. I hope you all are doing well and I would love to participate in a 40th reunion...
