Gayle's Story
Gayle is from North Platte, Nebraska. Her schools include St. Patrick's and North Platte High School. She later graduated from University of Nebraska–Lincoln (Journalism, English). She lived in the San Francisco Bay Area from 1964 to 1984 and then moved to Colorado when she married Gary Ray. She worked in the mortgage banking software industry and since retirement has volunteered with multiple organizations in Colorado.

Gayle is on the Board of Asian Performing Arts Council and has traveled frequently to China, New York and Europe in support of singers sponsored by that group. Besides travel, her interests include skiing, Denver Broncos & Nebraska Cornhuskers football, Denver Center Alliance, Colorado UpLift, Nathan Yip Foundation, Families First, Global Down Syndrome and her children and grandchildren who live in Colorado & California.
