Gayle's Story
After 42 years of teaching, I've retired! I'm Professor Emerita of English at Wesleyan University in Connecticut. I had a terrific career.
Now, I'm thinking of some new ventures. I won't stray far from literature, though. I hope to have a new book out within the next two years.

I enjoy life in New England. I live with my Welsh Terrier, Ella. Some of you remember my sister, Carolyn. She lives in Providence, so we often get together.
