George's Story
I was what you would call a stoner jock. I wanted to party but I was good at sports. Unfortunately they conflicted. I wound up dropping out in grade 11 and eventually went back to school and grad'd out on the west coast where I live now. I have owned my own business's. I trained as a classical french chef and eventually got into fusion cooking with the west coast style. I chef'd for around 20 years and have owned my own restaurants(2) and owned a gourmet seafood company making handmade products for the restaurant industry. the Applicators, doing both drumming and lead singing and believe it or not I am now a pastor in a rockin little church on North Vancouver Island. I still rock out in a Christian Rock Blues band doing all original music. We are called Cross Eyed Fish. We get asked to play at festivals and even at the beer gardens at special local events. I preach in my blue jeans most sundays to around 75 - 100 people. I had a major heart change around 12 years ago after being a deviant into my 30's. I have been married for 30 years to the love of my life Karen and have two kids Josh(23) and Charity(29) and 4 grand kids.
