George's Story

I now live at Lake Don Pedro, CA, mailing address, Coulterville. In the exact center of CA 50 miles East of Modesto and 130 miles straight East of San Francisco. I moved here from Pleasanton in 1982 when I was hired as General Manager of Lake Don Pedro Marina. I retired from this job and from working in 1989 at age 54. My wife, Alta, died in 2007 from lung cancer from smoking cigarettes. I now spend my time working in the yard and working on or cleaning my car which I show at car shows. I spend the Winter in Arizona where I have a home inside an RV Resort in Yuma. I spend 5 months there each year from November to April. I have been married 3 times. I have a son and a daughter from my first wife, Yvonne and 3 step daughters. I dont see my kid...Expand for more
s often but we stay in touch by email. I often think about my high school days at Jeff and all my old friends. It seems that now we are all too old to want to get together. I would like to hear from anyone who would like to correspond by email. If you write to me I will immediately write to you. George Johnson May 3, 2019. Still here, still alive. 84 1/2 years old but I guess all of you are too. After age 80 you get to count your birthdays again in half years like you did as a child.. Still single and alone. Its terrible being alone but what can you do? I see that of all the 53 class listed here I am the only one with a written story. I see names but nothing about those people. Write a story or better yet, send me a message.
