George's Story
George Kriza, the founder of MTCPerformance, has over 30 years experience in the personal computer and
consumer electronics industry specializing in sales, sales management and marketing in many premier corporations
in the hi-tech field, as well as in startup environments. His broad perspective brings a unique view and keen
analytical skills to every aspect of MTCPerformance.
Sony Consumer Products, Sony Computer Peripheral Products, Sony Magnetic Products, Apple Computer, ITT
Corporation, Panasonic Industrial Company, Creative Labs, and Proxima Corporation along with other companies
have all utilized his experience in the development of business plans, sales and marketing programs, seminar
development, and related marketing and merchandising issues. Startup corporations such as Mirus Corporation,
Delta Computer Corporation, Visicorp, Electronic Arts, Asante¿, Video Logic, and many others have utilized his experience
in setting up distribution channels and evaluating and selecting manufacturers¿ representatives, distributors,

Most notably, Mr. Kriza has concentrated his technology focus on advanced web based database technologies
designed to break new ground in facilitating the success of incentive programs. This focus has already yielded
several major new online incentive management offerings for MTCPerformance, including SpiffCENTRALTM Channel
Manager, SpiffCENTRALTM Vendor Manager, ChannelVIEWTM, VendorVIEWTM and Kn o w l e d g e B u i l d e r TM.
Mr. Kriza¿s many years of highly relevant technology, sales and marketing experience combined with keen analytical
skills have enabled him to provide special insights and directions to many corporations looking for a faster
track along their marketing curve. Since starting MTCPerformance 12 years ago, he has concentrated on applying
this experience in the field of channel motivation. This experience has enabled client companies to bring focus,
