George's Story

Well its been a long time since high school. Over the years I've made some new friends and lost some old ones but that is what life is all about. I still live in the Seattle area and actually I still pass by the newly remodeled Cleveland High School at least once a week and I never pass by without thinking about the years past and the odd feelings one gets when old memories come rushing back. I will be celebrating 32yrs of marriage this coming July. Wow thats a life time isnt it. I have three grown children, our son is the oldest and he is married with two adorable little girls. My oldest daughter is single, she graduated from WSU and is currently working as a Personal trainer in the winter and a white water rafting gu...Expand for more

My youngest daughter is married and also graduated from WSU although she did attend Hawaii Pacific University for her freshman year she currently works for Gene Juarez as the assistant to the director of facilities. I have two graddaughters Arwen is now 2 and Eowyn is 5months. You never really feel your age until you are called grandpa for the first time. People that have passed away is 30yrs, My dad, both my sisters, three uncles, 4 cousins, father inlaw, all grand parents and several friends. At 50 thirty years seems like it went by in a blink.
