George's Story
After graduating from Seminole High School (Sanford, FL) in 1970, I joined the U.S. Coast Guard. Worked my way up in the ranks from E-1 to E-7 (YNC - Chief Yeoman) and then took the exam for Warrant Officer. nhattan) in 1973, I met a wonderful young lady, Suzanne Dotson. We were friends and saw each other every once in awhile for over a year. Finally, asked her out on a date (late spring of 1974) and that was that. We were married on November 16, 1974. We have two children, Jennifer and Shaun, and now have two grandchildren (Natasha and Connor), both born in 2010. GOD IS AWESOME!!
