George's Story
Life
I retired in October 2002 after almost 26 years as a law librarian at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Prior to that I was a Baptist Minister and a Political Consultant. A highlight of my time in politics was participation in the Electoral College of 1992. I keep busy now as a member of my city's Planning Commission (Upland Ca), and Trustee of an art museum. wife (Karen) of over 49 years. We now travel frequently mostly into the Southwest and San Diego.
On one of our most recent venture into the Southwest we
had a day long tour of the Hopi Mesas plus a tour
of Canyon de Chelley, and sights in and around Flagstaff.
I also got to "stand on the corner" in Winslow, Az. See the picture.
Some of you may remember my brother Don (Summer,1958).
Unfortunately he passed away in 1974.
