the National Strength & Conditioning Association( NSCA). I produce and direct exercise DVD's and martial arts instructional DVD'S. I teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, submission grappling and judo. I train professional athletes such as boxers and mixed martial artist (Ultimate fighters).
