George's Story
Life in 2014
I went to Butte J.C. when I first got out of high school. Joined the Air Force in 1973 and trained dogs for four years while I was stationed in Germany and Washington State. While I was still in the Air Force I got my commercial pilots license with an instrument rating, and my flight instructor certificate. I also have a commercial glider pilot certificate. Not much call for commercial glider pilots but sailplanes are a lot of fun! I started flying crop dusters around 1979 and have been doing that either full time or part time ever since. It is hard work but I love it!
I got married in 1989. Couldn't find anyone who wanted to keep me until then. (I'm lots of trouble :)

lifornia Army National Guard and became a Blackhawk crewman. I did it to help my state and community in the event of floods, fires or earth quakes. I was sent to Iraq in Sep 2004 and was gone for fourteen months. So much for floods, fires or..., .
In late 2011, after over 24 years in law enforcement I retired from the State of California. Now'a days I like to spend what time exploring trails on my little Mustang, Dollor. Donna and I are currently living in a small cottage out in the country just north of Sacramento, Ca.
I have a good woman, a good rifle and a good horse. Live is good!
