George's Story

Workplace After my time in the military, I got a job with Continental Airlines. I started at the LAX maintenance facility in the engine shop building engines for the 737, 727 and DC9 aircraft. I'm currently in Houston Texas working in the downtown offices doing engine maintenance planning for the 737 and 767...Expand for more
aircraft. Military I joined the Marine Corps out of high school. I did my boot camp in San Diego and got stationed at Marine Corps Air Staion El Toro California. I was a flight line/ engine mechanic for one of the A-4M squadrons. Did 2 6 month overseas tours, got to see Japan, Korea, and the Phillipines.
