Life
Was sorta kinda asked to leave school in '64. Drafted into the army in '67. Got out in '69. Got married in '70. That was a total fiasco! From '70 - '79 were my formative Hippie years. I don't remember much. They were just a fog of smoke and haze. Got married again in '80 and formed PBJ Corporation. Too much business, too much travel, ended that marriage. Met my little Sweet Baby in '89, just took one date! Sold PBJ corporation in '97. Organic farmed for 3 years. Really wanted to do that but land situati...Expand for more
on prevented that. Started to get old! Thought I'd better get a job that had retirement and benefits. Been working for Harcourt Brace for the past 7 years and here I'll stay. Looking to retire next year.
Bought me a Harley 3 years ago. Have ridden more than 30,000 miles from Canada to Big Bend. Almost all of these miles were ridden with my friend of 56 years, Kenneth Bewley. Sure do miss him. He died in July this year.
Short reflection of my life: Wouldn't change a thing except that first FIRST MARRIAGE!!!!
