Gerald's Story

HI. After spending 2 years in the Army in Texas at camp walters Airforce base,i returned back home,and continued to work in the family business. I had some one who i was very much in love with , she was the Love of my life. She attended St Ritas her first name was Loretta lost her last name. she lived in warren ,cLOSE by Mound Rd, SHE WAS A EXCELLENT PIANIST. After Graduation ,she went to collage in wisconsin.I WOULD LIKE To EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED to me on the worst day of my yoyng life. Ihope someone can help me. GERALD HOLMBERG.compassion.AND HELP ME LOCATE HERAGAIN JUST FOR OLD TIME SAKE.I DID GET MARRIED IN 1960 AND my wife and ihad 4 wonderful children. CINDY,ALAN,VICKI,JOE.We have6 grand Children 5 Boys and 1GIRL.I Worked in my familys Business till 62 and had to move on ,then a started working for MONTGOMERY WARDS AS A PAINT DEPARTMENT , IN ALPENA MICHIGAN.and enjoyed living there except for the cold Winters. After two years i changed jobs, started working for FLETCHER PAPER CO,A LOCAL family Business.A COMPLETELY A BIG CHANGE FOR OUR YOUNG FAMILY AND MYSELF.iWENT TO TEXAS AND WENT TO LIVE IN TEXAS WHERE I WAS OFFERED A JOB FOR GENERAL MOTORs `Im going backt to my GRADE SCHOOL YEARS,and let every one know who GERALD IS WHEN I started school i had a learning problem and i did not understand my problem. I had a reading and spelling disorder all my years through School. it came to the point that the nuns never colled on me to read out loud; but i alyways expected to be colled. ety disorder .Ifound out not to long ago that iwas DSYLEXIA. I lostmany of my best friends, and some of the ones i really Loved, but i never forget what i did because i though they were better off with out me in there lives.i would have panic attacks whare i could not Drive ,talk and actually felt i was having a heart a attack, so i never even showed up for affars i was envited to.andwood not have to even let know what really was happening to me.The time came where i just moved away, and never had any close friends for the past 48 years. it was my wife and my chiland .i am a care giver to my Son in a nurseing home and wife at home ,she had several mini strokes and she needs constant care unable to walk ,lost her short term memory ,and effected her eye sight.MY son Alanwas exposed to darbon Monoxide in his own HOME from exost leak.But the Doctors figure out what his problem was all three that he went to. He was a teck 5 mail man he trained all of the new hires,and helped all of the older workers because he had a grate memory and eager to help any one. SO iwant to remind every to make sure you have a Carbo monoxide detector and save your from what happened to my special SON.At this time of his he cant and has severe brain damage and there is no help for him. It was a real tragick event for all of our Family.I WILL get back to more SINCE I LAST WROTE LAST MY SON ALAN DIED ON NOVEMBER 23 A SAD TIME FOR THE FAMILY . HE REALLY SUFFERED FOR THE LAST TWO MONTHS OF LIFE . will all of my friends say a prayer for him,life is short. GERALD
