Geri's Story
I've lived, laughed and loved much. Been around the world and back a few times. Life after S.H. brought me to Germany, Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, Austria, Hungary and now I find myself here in NNY, close to Fort Drum. Love to visit home and do often, but memories from there are bittersweet. Currently, an LGI within the local school system. Finally, I can say I am where I want to be and content with who and what I have become. My joy comes from my family, my faith, and running long distances just because I can. ts owner returns safely for it. Oh, I guess to those who may wonder, wasn't she supposed to be with the class of 79. Yes, but things happened and I did not actually walk across that stage until June of 1980. Heart and soul belongs to the class of 79' but technically it was 1980.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Carol Stezowski, because she was a long distance running machine..
My best friend is and will always be Pam Warren Decker. Pam and I were inseperable through 2nd grade and remained close throughout the years. Even though we don't see each other that often we can always pick up just where we left off.
