Gerry Gagliano:  

Life After High School, I joined the Hicksville Fire Department. I became an EMT and worked for a private ambulance company shortly thereafter. I also continued playing drums, doing weddings, playing for high school and college musical productions, and of course was in a few local bands as well. In 1985 I started working as a dispatcher for the Westbury Fire District. I became supervisor there in 1991. In 1993 I was hired by the Nassau County Fire Marshall as a communications technician, and I retired in 2019 as a Fire Communications Supervisor. In 1998, I was brought in to play drums for the Morris Avenue band. The band featured established musicians who played with some big names including Lenny Kravitz, and local groups like Reckless Abandon and Little Buster.
