Gina's Story
Life
My Life
I recently married (June 2005)a wonderful man I've known since 1990. My new last name is Williams.
My Kids
My oldest son is now 8 years old
My youngest son is now 2 years old
My Job
I am currently employed with Capital One Bank
I always wanted to be a nurse when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a bad idea. As it turns out, they were right.
Talk to my girlfriends. Tension Tamer tea and HGTV is my favorite way to relax.
Hung out in the boys bathroom on the second floor.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have freedom to eat at desk, sane coworkers, and a flexible schedule to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
Long Island, Queens, New Jersey, Manhattan (only for a hot minute). Moved due to lifestyle and job changes.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is track coach Mr. Gully, because he was such a wonderful inspiration and a very genuine person who taught me what it meant to be part of a team.
Seeing my hometown neighborhood change so drastically is the biggest surprise thus far.
What I've learned from my kids is that you're not always right as the parent.
I'd love to see Mr. Dobson (Latin) again because that man had the answer to any question his students would ask. We always told him that he should be on Jeopardy...he was just a wealth of information.
If I won $100 million, I'd give some of it to family and friends, then spend the rest on investments, new home and car and charities I truly appreciate.
Too much to tell without incriminating...Expand for more
myself...it was fun and Tonia and I often wish we could go back!
My current age is 40. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be grandparents that looked like my own. I was so completely wrong.
My best friend would tell you I'm easy going, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as bourgie.
Oh, Hell No! I see the styles repeating themselves again, but I don't think I can go back. Something in me changed after I turned 40. Although I'm pretty much the same size, there are lots of things that I have to think 2x before putting it on.
I share my home with husband and sons, which I find myself constantly cleaning up after.
Don't have mantel, so there are no trophies.
One do-over...finish 4 years of college when I was supposed to 18-22 years old.
In 10 years, I hope to be settled into my second home and sending my oldest off to college. I'm going to get there by the grace of God and smart spending.
It would surprise people most at my high school reunion that I actually still care about having a high school reunion.
My first job was at Howard Johnsons, where I got paid $2.35/hr. to be a waitress. What I remember most about it is having to be there at 6:30 a.m. on the weekends.
There are so many, but the majority of them involve me, my three brothers and all the fun we had living in the suburbs thinking we were rich and not knowing we were closer to just getting by. I'm a seventies child, my lifestory could be described as a soundtrack. Music was and still is big in my life.
